The forms listed under this tab are to help you organize your documents for tax preparation. They are also great to use as a guideline for deductions and credits that may be available to you. If we are preparing your taxes, you will need to fill out the Personal Tax Organizer for the year we are preparing. If you have a business (1099 or self employment), LLC, S Corp, Partnership, Rental Property, Farm, or any other income, please fill out the document(s) from the Tax Organizer Menu that pertains to it/them.
You currently have two options to fill out these forms:
- You may print them and fill them in with an ink pen. If you choose to do this, you may want to download it as a pdf and save it, then print. Otherwise you will have to print the documents one page at a time. After you have filled them out, you will need to either scan them and email them, mail them, or bring them to us along with all other tax documents that we will need to prepare your return.
- These forms may be also be downloaded as a PDF, filled in on your computer (if you have a program that will allow this). You can then choose to email them, print them to mail, or bring to us along with all of the other tax documents that we will need to prepare your return.
